In November, we worked with our social team on the following tasks:

• We consulted some of the representatives of the project partners in the four municipalities, who actively contributed to identifying the causes and agents of deforestation, as well as the actions that the project can take to reduce it.

• We identified some risks and opportunities to advance these actions and planned the workshops to be held in January and February in the four municipalities to socialize and prioritize sustainable actions.

• We completed the design of the survey to establish the baseline on the sustainable development objectives, and planning for its implementation.

• With our team of experts in geographic information systems, we finished defining the project area, a task that could only begin once we were clear about the sites that actually entered the project.
