In Chimanimani's buffer zone, communities are mobilizing for restoration. In July 2024, Eden launched the Gotogoto nursery, a new community nursery that will supply indigenous tree seedlings to a 2,000+ ha restoration site in Chimanimani National Park's buffer zone. The Pheza/Gotogoto restoration area was established through a collaboration between Eden, Chimanimani National Park, and three communities. The area, known locally for its role in wildlife connectivity, is a restoration and conservation priority in the buffer zone.
