The event was organized 100% based on volunteer work from 2 people to 8 during the event. The expenses were supported by attendees donations of 20€ per person and 100% of raised funds were used mainly in transportation and food costs, as well as some materials (pen, paper,etc).
Cooks were volunteers as well.
There was a team of 8 facilitators to supervise the organically created groups. Their work was also volunteer.
