The retrospective segment involves debriefing on past accomplishments, demonstrating tech platforms, presenting process flows for the Greek context, and sharing learnings from MARKETPLACE trials.

A Forward-Looking Discussion

In the forward-looking segment, topics include assessing changes needed for successful scaling, exploring scaling channels and viability, determining sustainability requirements and operational costs, establishing conditions for collective action, examining financial model approaches for income generation, and mapping out the pathway to scale, including steps, funding, stakeholders, and roles and responsibilities.
