ABALOBI chefs donated food ingredients to the Struisbaai community in order to prepare pickled fish during the COVID-19 lockdown period.
Onions, apple cider vinegar, spices, salt, and sugar were donated to the fishing community of Struisbaai. These food ingredients were presented to the Struisbaai ABALOBI quality control staff and were used to prepare pickled fish. The final products were distributed among themselves, their families, and neighbours.
