A Skills Transfer

After a pantry training course presented in Arniston to 12 women from Hamburg, ABALOBI representatives were delighted to receive a text message one week later:

"The Hamburg ladies got together and shared their knowledge with the other fishers who could not come down for the training. They got together and made more preserves together to make samples in order to pitch and sell to other establishments!"

The pantry training course attendees from Hamburg had taken the initiative to recreate the training course for their peers back home, and had even created labels for the product samples. It is safe to say that the training course was a tremendous success and that there had been a successful transfer of skills!
