Objective-Setting Meeting with BMU

Scoping Workshop
The scoping workshop was conducted with 30 participants from the Chale BMU, consisting of fishermen and fish vendors from three local villages. It aimed to comprehensively assess various aspects of the small-scale fisheries within these communities.

Baseline Surveys Analyzed
After multiple training sessions with the on-the-ground project coordinator, adapting the survey to the local context, translating it into KiSwahili, and administering it to 35 fishers, the responses have been analyzed and visualized.
