Feedback from Restaurants

Frozen fish products were delivered to four restaurants across Mahe to assess the quality and presentation of products.

Feedback from sample buyers was generally very positive; comments on taste, freshness, packaging, size, and the QR code were all very encouraging. All survey respondents were "very satisfied" with the overall quality of the product. However, the individual packaging (although rated as attractive) was deemed unnecessary for restaurant buyers.
