We recently published our project spotlight report for the Mulanje Landscape Restoration Project, in collaboration with Mulanje Mission Hospital. The report demonstrates the impact we have made so far through the implementation of land restoration and community initiatives in the Mulanje District of Malawi.
Since 2020, 22,000 trees have been planted, and beneficiaries from across 10 villages have engaged in training in natural resource management, clean cooking practices and forest beekeeping. As part of the project, 30.63 hectares of land are undergoing restoration initiatives, and 350 beehives have been distributed.
