Assisted natural regeneration is a reforestation approach that can cost-effectively deliver high carbon sequestration rates in areas where regenerative capacity still remains and little intervention is required to restore native vegetation. Soft interventions such as a supplementary planting of seedlings accelerate the regrowth of forests, while yielding co-benefits for biodiversity and rural communities. Through our approach, we produce high-quality carbon credits that adhere to a strict set of standards. Our aim with our first fund is to capture more than +1.0 mil. tCO2 eq.
