Surveys, Presentations and Optimization

At this workshop for fishers from Ngarchelong, a marketplace baseline survey was conducted. Following this, there was a brief presentation featuring preliminary results from previous surveys and an introduction to marketplace activities. Then, a participatory session was conducted in which a potential process flow was developed. This involved mapping out the logistical and digital steps required to connect fishers with buyers using the ABALOBI Marketplace platform, aiming to minimise departure from existing practices while maximising benefits for both fishers and buyers.
