In the dense, regenerating forests of Pontal, Brazil, one of WeForest’s camera traps—sponsored by BIPA—recently captured an incredible sight: a giant anteater emerging from the undergrowth. Its long, bushy tail swayed as it foraged, a sign that biodiversity is thriving in the restored landscape. Once threatened by habitat loss, the presence of this elusive creature is proof that reforestation is working.
