Winter-Spring-Summer to do list for maintenance of Agroforestries

March-May 21 - weeding around planted trees in the reforestation lines (opening for mulch/nest)
April 21 - Intensive action with Reflorestar Portugal. Chop and drop and weeding of tree lines in agroforests 1, 2 and 3;
April - May - harvest of fava beans (AF1 and 2 - very abundant production overflowed to friends, neighbours and local cooperative and elders' homes.
April - June - harvest of onions, garlic, peas, beetroots, leak from AF 1 and 2.
May - seeding of sunflowers, beans, pumpkin, melons and watermelons in AF 1 and 2
June - collection and drying of fava seeds.
June - strimming of alleys (entrelinhas) AF 1 and 2 and mulching of tree lines
June - installation of drip irrigation system and start of watering
July - seeding of corn in a new bed next to the central cuttings line in AF 2
