We have successfully completed the first phase of planting in Wusseken. A total of 102 trees and shrubs were planted. Wild pears and wild apples are now growing in the inner area. The central area has been planted with English oaks, red oaks, rowan trees, medlars and speierlings. The outer area is planted with wild hazel, bird cherry, silver birch and weeping cherry. In March 2025, we plan to plant hybrid poplars and thorn bushes along the boundary to complete the rewilding project.
In fact, we have also dug too many holes, as can be seen on the video.
