The team has a fantastic update about the new agroforestry component of the Mount Mulanje project. The community response and commitment has been awesome! No fewer than 51 community nurseries like the one pictured here are raising tree seedlings for agroforestry. By improving crop yields and providing income and fuelwood for over 13,000 families living in and around Mount Mulanje, our agroforestry programme will reduce pressure on this incredible Biosphere Reserve.
