Even though Gebrezgi H., 28, completed high school, he was unable to find a job and continued living with his parents; not ideal when you have a 4-year-old boy to support as well. He recently became a member of the Exclosure user group and proved to have leadership skills. "Before, I was dependent on my parent's income. I would help them on the farm during the summer months, but the rest of the year I did nothing," he says. He recently took the 6-day entrepreneurship workshop. "After the 6 days I knew I had skills that could improve my life. The training opened my eyes."
