International Tree Foundation in partnership with Wezesha CBO is implementing a three-year project (2022-2024) that seeks to catalyze the restoration of degraded watersheds, hydrological functions and ecological integrity of Dundori forest ecosystem while improving the local community livelihoods by planting 200,000 native/indigenous trees. The tree planting regime is split into two years i.e. 100,000 trees in 2022 and100,000 trees in 2023 during the long-rain seasons.
