The Dipaliya Community Investment Fund Ghana is setup by the Dipaliya Foundation, a Netherlands-based non-profit charity Foundation
The fund is led by community members in Kumbungu District and aims to protect 420 Acres of land for the community.
400 acres is to be protected and registered as Shea parkland - 20 acres is to be used for developing an organic farming cooperative
All the land is untouched nature. The 400 acres will be used for Shea nut collection, Shea tree planting and children's education about nature preservation
The Shea nuts are used by Dipaliya Women's Association Ghana for making Sheabutter in their processing center in Saakuba village, Kumbungu District.
