4Rivers is a two part initiative:
To clear iconic watersheds in the Dutoitskloof Mountains of Invasive Alien Vegetation through direct action and collaboration, and through this process to understand the dynamics and processes of ecosystem restoration and water funds in order to participate in larger projects.
To offer facilitation and coaching services to the conservation & restoration sectors, through the various stages from conceptualisation, through design to implementation and covering Sensing Journeys, Stakeholder Mapping and Stakeholder Engagement. Process, frameworks and tools are drawn from Theory U and the Thinking Environment.
