Horsechestnut Winds/Arts and Learning thru Movement/Eco Arts Practices

Nature and arts educational organization, Horsechestnut Winds, works with the psycho-biological origin of the Nature-Art-Human interplay. Beginning with the aesthetics of first perceptions in utero—movement-sound—we remember the primary language of human kinship with Nature. The work engages people of all ages in the experience of these deep psycho-biological processes, culminating in community, ceremonial, site-specific dance performance. It is an in-depth study of origins of human intelligence and kinship patterns with Nature, intrinsically organized through processes of art for life’s sake. The work is a rewilding of human psycho-biology through Nature immersion and arts practices.
