Started in 2011, Nourish was created as a platform linking conservation with community issues and ideals, finding integrated sustainable solutions to issues plaguing conservation such as poverty, low levels of education, food insecurity, and unemployment. Aiming to connect communities to conservation and grow resilience in under-resourced wildlife communities. Using an Eco Village model embedded on local land in the community alongside the Greater Kruger - Nourish uses education, enterprise development and tourism to create holistic cradle to career pathways out of poverty through grassroots life and livelihood improvement programs.
