Project
Diversifying revenue

Our project focuses on enhancing the income of farmer households in five villages through diversified agricultural activities, including honey production, fish farming, and vegetable cultivation. This effort is supported by regular personalized guidance from experts and technicians. Local innovations within the project include seed selection and treatment for tree nurseries, better farming practices, upgraded beekeeping methods, improved farming techniques, and innovative experimentation such as feeding jackfruit to fish.
This initiative has arisen in 2022 as a response to the identified needs of farmers who aim to enhance their livelihoods by introducing non-agricultural income-generating activities. In parallel, we are promoting local innovations, such as enhancing customer reception through cleaner spaces and improved service delivery.
