The Forest management Unit (FMU)10 051 is located in the East Cameroon Region, Kadey division, Ndelele subdivision
Geographic’s limits are fallen between the North latitude 3°45’ and 4°10’ and the East longitude 15°00’ and 14°40’. The altitude varies between 600 and 800 m, supporting the forest cover with a few swamps.it cover a total forest area of 86 096 ha. It was attributed to “Societé des Grumes du Cameroon ( GRUMCAM)”logging company belong to ALPI group since 1997 and incorporated into the private domain of the state by the decree N°2004/2447/PM of December 8 2004.
its environmental and management plan were developed since 2004, revised in 2020 and are under implementation.
FMU 10 051 is covered by a dense humid semi-deciduous forest of the Guinean Congolese domain, it shelters a very scarce fauna which suffers from poaching and deforestation for subsistence argiculture
the population is made up of about 21,500 people made up of Bantu and indigenous populations scattered in the forest
