The southeast region of Brazil faces approximately 5 months of dry weather. During that period, diagnosis, planning and inputs acquisition starts to take place for our planting sites. Two field visits were led this week - one site intends to implement ecosystem restoration and the other for agroforestry systems.
Both areas are taken by exotic invasive grass, and are abandoned for the last 5 to 10 years.
