The International Cocoa Organization is asked to form part of the supervision committee for the execution of this project, overseeing the correct application of the main principles for sustainability in the cocoa supply chain, as well as the sustainable goals set by the United Nations for reducing poverty, combating climate change, creating decent jobs, and promoting economic growth.

A collaboration with Cirad for the genetic ancestry study of this new cacao variety derived from Cacao Porcelana has been signed, we see this as an important step for our project to preserve and propagate this cacao through grafting techniques, increase productivity of the region and consolidate our current value chain.
