ABALOBI was responsible for configuring and deploying a custom ABALOBI MONITOR app for the Comoros.

Dahari is a Comorian NGO that works with local communities on rural development, biodiversity conservation, and terrestrial and marine resource management approaches. In this project they were responsible for engaging with the community, including submitting relevant configuration information, socializing the ABALOBI MONITOR app, and providing on-the-ground support.

Blue Ventures is a registered charity working to restore the world’s oceans and improve the livelihoods of fishing communities by nurturing locally led marine conservation. Informed by two decades working alongside coastal communities across the Indian Ocean and further afield, they partner with small-scale fishers and community organisations to address overfishing and safeguard ocean life in ways that benefit them.
