We are thrilled to announce our new initiative from New Growth Charity! For the first time ever, we are donating fruit and nut trees as part of our planting program in Lower Simthali, a vibrant tropical region. So far, we’ve provided 150 households with an incredible array of trees, including lemon, orange, walnut, and avocado varieties.
These trees are more than just plants—they are a sustainable source of food, income, and environmental renewal for the community. Over time, they will bear fruit and nuts, providing families with nourishment and the opportunity to sell surplus produce, fostering economic growth.
Recognizing the need to expand this initiative, we aim to broaden fruit and nut tree cultivation to offer greater flexibility and income support for families. In addition, we’re committed to helping farmers move away from chemical-based farming practices by introducing them to organic methods that will not only benefit their land and health but also ensure a safer, healthier future for their children.
The best part? This is a gift that will keep on giving. As these trees mature, the community will be empowered to share saplings and knowledge with others, passing on the benefits to neighboring communities, ensuring that the impact of your generosity reaches far and wide.
