Adıyaman, Şanlıurfa, and Konya
Crop rotation, nutrient management optimization, reduced fuel use, reduced tillage, soil cover management, reduced synthetic inputs, integrated pest management(IPM)
Increasing climate variability across production regions; water stress / water availability; drought and rainfall variability; soil degradation; yield volatility
Pilot phase results: 11–26% increase in soil organic matter; 7–13% increase in water holding capacity; and an 18–23% rise in beneficial microorganisms (bacteria and fungi)

The project will expand to 6 provinces (Şanlıurfa, Konya, Adıyaman, Kayseri, Eskişehir, Çorum) with the ambition to cover 500 hectares in 2026.
The parameters in the monitoring activities are designed as leading and lagging indicators, and observations are conducted over both short- and long-term periods. Indicators tracked include soil organic matter, microbiology, water holding capacity, soil compaction, aggregate stability and capping etc. The reported soil analysis are supported by independent third-party external assurance.
