"Having received valuable prior intelligence, we were well-prepared for this community. ABALOBI fishers from Lambert’s Bay had previously indicated that food prices, including fish, were at an unprecedented high. Lambert's Bay residents therefore welcomed the arrival of our affordable offerings particularly warmly, and the stand was visited by many eager and curious community members throughout the afternoon. Armed with 350 kilograms of fish, we opened the Market Day at 11h00 and, to our delight, sold out an hour before the scheduled closing time at 14h00."
