Who is Martin Blake?

Martin Blake is a fisherman from Langebaan, who produces a range of traditional coastal pantry products. Martin's rollmops (a rolled up pickled fish fillet) are made from Langebaan lagoon harders, that are famous countrywide. Catching and eating harders is an integral part of Martin's culture and heritage.
