Summary
The Rewilding the Heartland program, which started with Roger Ross Gipple and a small group of citizen conservationists in Iowa, has grown to include portions of surrounding states and a vision of Big River Connectivity, and has become the grandest Wildlands Network Design effort yet, encompassing the entire Mississippi River Watershed.
