In support of the Climate Change initiative, the project aligned itself to the ongoing process of the Country-County on the Financing Locally Led Climate Action Program. This led to the engagement which provided a platform for the actors on the purpose the PCRA which is a three phase process of:

Phase 1:

Participatory Climate Risk Assessment which identifies key climate risks for strategic investment areas.

Phase 2:

Participatory Climate Change Action Planning which focuses on the development of county climate change action plan.

Phase 3:

Integration into National Climate Change Action Planning focuses on cross-county/regional bloc planning.
