Cancun is internationally known for tourism and luxury destination, but in contrast, local neighborhoods in marginalized areas of the city have high levels of poverty and pollution, in an urban expansion zone, home to over 60,000 families, our project is boosting enviromental and social justice, an urban lung and green space that promotes community integration and fosters public spaces.
