Adonias Lemus Paredes, lives with his family of 2 members in the Cocola Grande Village, in the municipality of Santa Eulalia and is an associate of the Cooperativa Integral Agrícola Cocolense R.L.
He manages an agroforestry parcel with an extension of 0.78 hectares of organic coffee variety villalobo. On average, he harvests 0.85 TM of parchment coffee, which he commercializes with the cooperative with the fair trade seal. In addition to coffee, it also cultivates tree species of various native species that serve as shade for organic coffee: Chalum (Inga edulis), Pacaya (chamaedorea elegans).
