Pascual Lucas Francisco, from the Cocola Grande Village, in the municipality of Santa Eulalia, where he lives with his family of 7 members, and is an associate of the Cooperativa Integral Agrícola Cocolense R.L., with which he commercializes his production with the fair trade seal.

He owns an agroforestry parcel that was established 5 years ago with an extension of 1.73 hectares of coffee. On average, it harvests 12.5 MT of fresh coffee beans per harvest season, which in parchment coffee represents 2.5 MT. The varieties that it has established are villalobo and sarchimor, combining them with fruit trees such as: Orange (Citrus sinensis), Avocado (Persea americana) which generate economic income by selling the production.
In the plot, also planted trees that serve as shade for coffee: Chalum (Inga edulis), Liquidambar (Liquidámbar styraciflua).
