Tomas Mateo Francisco, lives with his family of 6 members, in the village Cocola Grande, in the municipality of Santa Eulalia, he is an associate and vice president of the board of directors of the Cooperativa Integral Agrícola Cocolense R.L.

He manages an agroforestry parcel with an extension of 1.17 hectares of organic coffee with the Caturra and Catimor varieties, on average, harvesting 11.5 TM of fresh coffee beans per harvest season. After the wet processing, this results in 2.3 MT of parchment coffee, in addition to coffee, he also cultivates fruit species such as, Mandarin (Citrus reticulata), from which he generates economic income by selling the fruits, in the parcel he planted ten plants of different species, which serve as shade for the cultivation of coffee: Liquidambar (Liquidámbar styraciflua). Chalum (Inga edulis).
