Jairon Emanuel Rodríguez Rodríguez (27 years old) lives with his family of 1 member, in the village Palo Grande, in the municipality of Chiantla, he is an associate of the Cooperativa Integral Agrícola Cocolense R.L.

He manages an agroforestry parcel that was established 4 years ago with an extension of 0.87 hectares of organic coffee of the Villalobo variety. On average, he harvests 6.5 TM of fresh coffee beans per harvest season. After the wet-processing process, this results in 1.3 MT of parchment coffee, also planted 10 plants of different species, which serve as shade for the crop: Chalum (Inga edulis).
