Juan Mateo Ramírez Antonio, native of Aldea Cocola Grande, from the municipality of Santa Eulalia and member of Cooperativa Integral Agrícola Cocolense R.L.

He manages an agroforestry parcel with an extension of 2.53 hectares of organic coffee of the Catimor and Villalobo varieties, on average, he harvests 3.75 TM of parchment coffee, which he commercializes with the cooperative with the fair trade seal. In addition to coffee, he also cultivates fruit species such as Zapote (Pouteria sapota), which generates economic income for him, he also planted eight trees that serve as shade for coffee: (Quercus corrugata) Plumillo (Calliandra), Salbión (Morus insignis).
