Eliseo Diego Mateo (52 years old), owns a 2.04 hectare plot with organic coffee of the varieties caturra, villalobo and sarchimor, he lives with his family of 4 members, in the village Cocola Grande, in the municipality of Santa Eulalia, he is an associate of the Cooperativa Integral Agrícola Cocolense R.L.

On average, he harvests 11.5 MT of fresh coffee beans per harvest season. After the process of wet processing, this results in 2.3 TM of parchment coffee, in addition to coffee, additionally has fruit species such as: Lemon (Citrus limon), Mandarin (Citrus reticulata), and Lime (Citrus aurantiifolia), from which it generates economic income by selling the fruits. In the parcel, five plants of different species were planted, which serve as shade for the cultivation of coffee: Chalum (Inga edulis).
