Eliseo Mateo, a resident of the community Cocolá Grande, in the municipality of Santa Eulalia, lives with his family of 3 members, and is an associate of the Cooperativa Integral Agrícola Cocolense R.L.

He manages an agroforestry parcel that was established 5 years ago with an extension of 1.3 hectares of coffee, with the varieties of catuaí and catimor. On average, it harvests 9.5 MT of fresh coffee beans per harvest season. After the process of wet processing, this results in 1.9 MT of parchment coffee, which he commercializes with his organization with the fair trade seal, in addition to coffee, he also cultivates fruit species such as Lima (Citrus aurantiifolia), which generates economic income from the sale of the production. In the plot he also planted ten trees that serve as shade for the coffee: Chalum (Inga edulis), Liquidambar (Liquidámbar styraciflua), Peine.
