He owns an agroforestry parcel that was established 5 years ago with an extension of 0.87 hectares of organic coffee with the varieties of Caturra and Catimor, on average, he harvests 6 MT of fresh coffee beans per harvest season. After the wet processing, this results in 1.2 MT of parchment coffee, in addition to coffee, it also grows fruit species such as Zapote (Pouteria sapota), Banana (Musa paradisiaca), Banana (Musa paradisiaca), which generate economic income, also serve as shade for coffee.
