Cooking up a winter lunch

Harvesting, cooking and eating produce from the food forest closes the gardening loop. Today, we harvested and prepared various plants including Jerusalem artichoke, ramson shoots and trailing bellflower. Preparing food together also brings us closer together as a group and is a great bonding activity. This year, we hope to harvest and cook together more and more.
