The Tapir Conservation Program aims to contribute to the conservation of this species in Argentina. To achieve this, actions are carried out that range from consolidating the Ecoparque´s breeding group to contributing individuals to other conservation programs both in situ and ex situ, adding to comprehensive research on the species, working together with other institutions in the collaborative management of individuals.
