A commitment to the natural restoration of the La Capellanía

In order to restore its integrated productive ecosystem, Alejandro is going to carry out a small crop with just over half a hectare of vineyard, for self-consumption, in one of the areas with the highest risk of erosion, and in the rest of the area he is going to carry out a natural area action for the restoration of the ecosystem consisting of planting 10,000 individuals representative of the area in which the estate is located: Holm oak, Aleppo pine, kermes oak, wild olive, strawberry tree and broom ... This is an action of undergrowth and trees that, over time, will cover the land "healing the wounds that human action has been generating over the years to make a living", emphasises Alejandro García, and which will be carried out both in the natural area and in the agricultural area with the steepest slope and greatest risk of erosion.
