This land has been used as pasture for about 25 years. It is connected to the Panamericana by a 5 km unpaved road. There are no internal roads. The land is hilly and on a large part passable by vehicles. A good network of work roads can be established.
The soils are of medium fertility and have a clay texture. The finca has drains and streams that carry water in the rainy season. Soil conservation measures are required. There are other teak plantations, cattle ranches and the Kuna Wargandi Comarca forest in the surrounding area.
The finca is not located near protected areas and does not directly border indigenous territories. No conflict situations have been observed, villages are not nearby and the boundaries are clearly defined.
The land is technically of good quality and has good characteristics of relief, soil and climate. In the surrounding area there are fincas reforested with teak, which indicates a good quality of the site. It has good accessibility and is close to other properties.
