Afforestation in the South Valley
We have completed reforesting the valley by creating rip lines along the contour lines with a bulldozer and are now focusing on populating the waterlines with vegetation to protect and enhance the ecosystem.

Hands-on project WRL course
In fall 2023, participants of the Water Retention Landscape course constructed swales using a tractor and an excavator, planted them, and created a small seasonal pond at the valley's bottom to enhance water retention and sustainability.
