Zalsman, a Dutch graphic media company, sponsors the Food Forest Program to offset non-avoidable emissions from their printing processes. Approximately 595 tons of CO2 are sequestered per year as a result of Zalsman's sponsorship. Zalsman B.V., a family business based in Zwolle, The Netherlands, operates both nationally and internationally, employing more than 125 people. Zalsman was the first company in the Netherlands to certify its Carbon Footprint. The company strives to emit as little CO2 as possible and what they do emit, they compensate for with investments in forestry projects.
