ADAT is an association of coffee farmers in the mountain range Sierra de los Cuchumatanes in Huehuetenango, western Guatemala. Currently the association consists of 107 members, 77 men and 30 women. On an area of about 130 hectares they cultivate coffee by organic and Fairtrade standards.
