ADIPY is a local farmer association in the mountains of Sierra de los Cuchumatanes in Huehuetenango, western Guatemala. The association currently represents 218 small producers, 123 men, 95 women. The coffee is cultivated on family-run farms, certified both organic and Fairtrade. The production covers an area of about 133 hectares, comprising many individual agroforestry systems.
