ABOUT US
We are a non-profit Civil Association that works for the conservation and restoration of ecosystems, through research, education and action in pursuit of achieving a sustainable society.
OBJECTIVES
OUR HISTORY
Ecosistemas Argentinos emerged in 2003 at the initiative of a group of friends from various professions, with a common concern: the conservation of ecosystems. Based on the various knowledge, we began to carry out actions that little by little positioned Ecosistemas Argentinos as a benchmark institution in environmental education, research and conservation, restoration and dissemination actions.
We have received funds from numerous institutions, as a contribution to different environmental projects, including: Provincial Fire Management Plan of the Government of the Province of Córdoba, Global Environmental Facility (GEF), The Rufford Foundation, The Cactus and Succulent Society of America, American Bird Conservancy, Fondo de las Américas, Global Forest Generation (GFG) and Ecosistemas Andinos (ECOAN) .
The link established with other institutions and organizations was fundamental for our growth, as well as for strengthening a network of institutions working towards the conservation of native ecosystems.
Currently we are many partners who make up the Ea family, of various ages, interests and professions, who carry out the support of this NGO, its projects and activities open to the community. We invite you to join us!
